In the Kitchen.

The equipment I keep around, split by where it gets used. Pick a place below, or search the broader record of things I have bought or tried.

BEING TRANSPARENT.

This is a constantly evolving list of gear and equipment I consider worth looking at, organized For the Gym, For Recovery, and In the Kitchen. I update the links and recommendations as I purchase and try products, learn what works for me, and sometimes change my mind. That trial and error helps me give honest feedback about particular gear. S-Tier / Start Here covers broadly useful options. A-Tier / Go Further covers more specialized equipment for a particular need. Neither tier is a checklist, and you do not need to buy any of this gear to take your health and fitness seriously.

The featured recommendations are separate from my complete catalog. Much of that broader list is made up of things I have bought or used from Amazon in day-to-day life, not just fitness. It covers life, work, and extracurriculars as well. Everything listed is something I own and use or have owned and used; inclusion does not mean I use every item daily. Personal, medication-related, and other sensitive items are intentionally left off the public site. I do not sell or dropship these products, set their prices, or handle checkout.

Compare prices before you buy and save money where you can. Prices and availability can change at the destination retailer, so the price you see there is the price that counts. For Amazon items, CamelCamelCamel is an optional way to check price history.

If a link is wrong or you know a better product, use Report an Issue or Suggest an Alternative. I aim to review links about monthly, but listings can change between reviews.
