HIGH-END HEALTH & WELLNESS.

Premium equipment I have looked at, considered, or seen through client experiences. These are options, not requirements, and none of them is needed to get results.

I have zero affiliations with any of the brands listed in this section.

Every link on this page is an ordinary manufacturer or resource link. There is no Amazon tag, no affiliate link, no commission and no sponsorship behind any of the 17 companies listed here. Naming a company is not an endorsement of it, and identifying a logo from a manufacturer’s own site does not establish permission or a partnership.

My Take: Options, Not Requirements.

If you've got money to spare and want to explore higher-end health and wellness equipment, these are things I've looked at and considered. Most haven't been in my income bracket or investment wheelhouse, but I have a few clients who own them. You do not need expensive equipment to take your health seriously.

I own a BioLight red-light therapy setup and a Dynamic sauna purchased through Costco, use a different cooling-blanket variant, and made a DIY cold plunge from a koi-pond tank. A client swears by Kahuna massage chairs; another owns an OxyHealth hyperbaric chamber, which is a major financial commitment. One client prefers Purewave over Theragun. Purewave is often the lower-cost option, depending on the models being compared, so I would not describe it as a price premium over Theragun.

There are different ways to build a setup. I've seen clients pair red-light panels with a sauna, and I've taken a lower-cost route with my plunge. Those are personal examples, not instructions or proof that different systems are equivalent. The goal is to find something that fits your budget, space and priorities, not to buy the most expensive version.

To be exact about what is mine. My red-light equipment is from BioLight, and my sauna is a Dynamic unit purchased through Costco. I also use a different cooling-blanket system and a DIY plunge. Exact model names have not been specified; ownership of other brands or models in this section is not implied. A client owns an OxyHealth hyperbaric chamber; its exact model and configuration have not been specified. Client experiences are anecdotal, not proof of effectiveness or equivalence.

Nothing on this page is medical advice, and nothing here claims that any of this equipment treats, prevents or improves any condition. Personal and client experiences are anecdotes, not evidence, and they do not make different systems equivalent. Talk to a qualified clinician before using equipment that affects breathing, circulation, temperature or pressure.
