Effective 2026 · Interim website policy

This policy describes how Strength Compound LLC d/b/a PA Strength handles personal information in connection with pastrength.com and its services.

1. Information You Provide

We collect information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, optional phone number, messages, application answers, and optional images. Coaching applications may include goals, training experience, equipment, schedule, limitations, and health-related context. M.O.R.E. Heroes requests may include an eligibility category, role, service status, and an optional redacted verification image.

Accounts and nutrition tools may use profile details, body measurements, activity, goals, dietary preferences, allergies, recipes, and plans. Depending on the feature, information may be stored in your browser or associated with your account. Removing browser data does not necessarily delete account records.

Purchases and coaching may also involve invoices, payment records, check-ins, training logs, progress images, and communications. Do not send payment card details through a website form.

2. Technical Information and Cookies

The website is built with Astro and served from Wix hosting infrastructure. Hosting, account, security, form, and payment services may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, requests, and cookies needed to operate their features. Browser settings let you manage cookies, but blocking required cookies may prevent some features from working.

Third-party websites, including Amazon, may use their own cookies when you follow a link. Their privacy notices apply to information they collect directly. An affiliate purchase takes place with the retailer, not PA Strength.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to answer inquiries, review applications and eligibility, provide requested services, manage accounts and access, communicate about coaching or purchases, maintain business records, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations. Interest-list information is used for the updates you requested.

Health-related context is used to understand the service you request, not to provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Share only the minimum relevant information. Do not upload Social Security numbers, full identification numbers, passwords, complete medical records, or unredacted identification documents.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

Website hosting, accounts, message delivery, payments, and coaching may involve service providers. Wix provides website infrastructure; Microsoft Outlook provides email; Trainerize and WhatsApp may be used for coaching where applicable. Providers process information needed for their functions under their own terms and privacy notices.

Information may also be disclosed with your permission, to comply with legal obligations, to address fraud or security concerns, or in connection with a lawful transfer of the business. Publishing a testimonial, name, or photograph requires separate publication permission; submitting a form alone is not publication permission.

Use of AI Tools

We use third-party AI platforms, for example ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Grok (xAI), Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft), Perplexity (Perplexity AI), Manus (Manus AI) and Notion AI (Notion Labs), to organize and summarize information you submit, including training logs, food logs, weigh-ins, check-in answers and messages, for Alexander Olsen's review. These platforms do not message clients or make coaching decisions, and the specific tools may change over time. A current list is available on request.

5. Retention and Security

Records are retained according to the purpose of the service, account needs, applicable recordkeeping obligations, and any unresolved dispute. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period. You can request access, correction, or deletion through the contact details below; identity confirmation or retention of legally required records may be necessary.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. Report a suspected privacy or security problem through the Contact form or the legal email address below.

6. Your Choices

You may ask about information held about you, request corrections or deletion, withdraw publication permission for future use, or ask to stop optional marketing messages. These requests are subject to applicable law and information needed to complete an existing service or meet legal obligations. If a message contains an unsubscribe option, you may use it.

The website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact PA Strength if they believe a child has submitted personal information. Participation by a minor in a paid service requires appropriate parent or guardian involvement and an accepted service arrangement.

7. Updates and Contact

This interim policy may be updated as services and practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions and privacy requests can be sent through the Contact form or the legal email address below.
