Terms of Service

Effective 2026 · Interim website policy

These terms apply to pastrength.com and the services of Strength Compound LLC d/b/a PA Strength. The Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Medical and Liability Disclaimer should be read with these terms.

1. Using the Website

The website provides fitness education, resources, tools, and information about available services. Use it lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the website, or attempt to access private accounts or staff systems.

2. Education and Safety

Content, exercise examples, meal plans, recipes, and calculator results are educational and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimates and results may not suit every person. Read the Medical and Liability Disclaimer and seek appropriate professional guidance for your circumstances.

3. Accounts

Keep login details private and do not share an account. You are responsible for information and activity you authorize through your account. Report suspected unauthorized access through the Contact form. A minor cannot enter a paid service arrangement independently where parent or guardian consent is required.

4. Free Resources

Resources identified as free remain free to access or download. A free guide, calculator, or planner session does not enroll you in coaching, create a payment obligation, or include individualized review. Free downloads are for personal use, not resale or republication.

5. Offers and Payment

The applicable offer or invoice identifies the price, inclusions, delivery, payment arrangements, and any service-specific conditions before purchase. An inquiry or a preview is not a purchase. A listing whose checkout is not open does not authorize a charge. Future prices or features are not guaranteed by a preview.

Standalone offers currently described on the website include a $50 20-minute coaching call, a $109 Done-for-You Meal Plan, and Recipe Vault access starting at $299 when available. Availability and the written offer at the time of purchase control. Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined or stacked, and a discount applies only to the qualifying offers confirmed with you. The M.O.R.E. Heroes discount applies to eligible offers: Foundation Programs, One-on-One Coaching, VIP One-on-One Coaching and the Recipe Vault. The discount amount is not a published rate: it is set at review and confirmed in writing with the offer or invoice before purchase. It does not apply to Gym Bro / Gym Girly Coaching, the 20-Minute Coaching Call or the Done-for-You Meal Plan, is reviewed individually, and is not applied automatically. Paid Foundations programs and free Foundation workout downloads are separate offerings.

6. Content and Permitted Use

PA Strength content is owned by or licensed to Strength Compound LLC unless otherwise identified. Personal access does not grant permission to sell, redistribute, republish, or claim the content as your own. Third-party trademarks and materials belong to their respective owners. Permission and licensing conditions for a paid product are provided with that product.

7. Third-Party Websites and Affiliate Links

As an Amazon Associate, PA Strength earns from qualifying purchases. An affiliate link may generate a commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers and manufacturers control their own products, prices, availability, warranties, and returns. A company listing is not a promise of sponsorship or partnership. Third-party services have their own terms.

8. Results, Privacy, and Submissions

Results vary and are not guaranteed. A testimonial describes an individual experience, not a prediction of your outcome. Submitting information does not give permission to publish your name, images, or testimonial; publication permission is separate. See the Privacy Policy for information handling and the Refund Policy for purchase-related requests.

9. Coaching Agreement

Coaching begins only after PA Strength accepts your application, you accept a written coaching offer, and the required initial payment is made. Applying, browsing, downloading a free guide, or using a calculator does not enroll you in coaching or create a payment obligation.

Your written coaching offer identifies the service, start date, service period, price, payment schedule, delivery method, and included support. Individual and VIP Coaching may be offered for 16, 24, or 52 weeks. The offer you accept determines your actual term and inclusions.

Coaching may use Trainerize, WhatsApp, email, and other delivery methods identified in your offer. You are responsible for providing accurate information, communicating relevant limitations, using equipment safely, and following medical advice. Coaching is not emergency monitoring or medical care.

Routine coaching messages are normally answered within one to two business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Immediate replies or continuous availability are not included unless your written offer expressly provides them.

Where PA Strength creates a plan for you - a Done-for-You Meal Plan, a custom program or another prepared plan - all services rendered are final: once the plan is delivered it is final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Once initial onboarding or program preparation is completed and a working access invitation or program-delivery email has been sent to the address you supplied, payment for that initial service period is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Choosing not to activate working access does not undo completed work. Duplicate or incorrect charges and failure to deliver the agreed service remain subject to review and correction.

A serious injury, hospitalization, or significant medical emergency may be considered for an accommodation. A pause, extension, or billing change requires written confirmation. Do not continue activity that conflicts with medical advice.

Your accepted coaching offer controls the scope and commercial terms of that coaching if it differs from these general website terms. No new charge or service commitment is created merely by reading this page.

10. Membership Terms

Month-to-month coaching is available only under a written membership offer. That offer must identify the membership level, price, billing cycle, included services, and any required calls before you accept it. A monthly call is required for month-to-month coaching members. Whether it is included or billed separately must be stated in your accepted offer.

Submit cancellation at least seven calendar days before the next scheduled billing date through the Contact form or the legal contact address shown on this page. A request received before the deadline remains timely even if administrative processing happens later. PA Strength will confirm the effective date, access period, and any final payment. Your accepted written offer controls if it provides different cancellation terms. If a holiday falls near your billing date, please cancel earlier than seven days to avoid bank or payment-processing delays.

A late cancellation may take effect after the upcoming billing period. A correctly incurred payment is not refundable solely because you intended to cancel earlier. Charges made contrary to a timely cancellation will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.

Any separate call charge, deposit, price change, or additional commitment must be disclosed and agreed before it applies. This page does not create an undisclosed fee. Existing legal rights and an accepted written offer are not replaced retroactively by a website update.

11. Availability, Legal Rights, and Updates

The website and tools may change or become temporarily unavailable. PA Strength does not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every estimate is accurate for you, or a particular fitness result. Nothing in these website terms removes a right or excludes liability where applicable law does not allow it.

Changes are identified by the effective date. A website update does not retroactively change an accepted coaching offer or completed purchase. Questions can be sent through the Contact form or the legal email address below.
