Refund Policy

Effective 2026 · Interim website policy

This interim policy applies to purchases from Strength Compound LLC d/b/a PA Strength. Your accepted written offer or invoice supplies any service-specific terms. Nothing here limits a right you have under applicable law.

1. Requesting Help or a Refund

Use the Contact form or the legal email address below. Include your name, purchase email, the service or product, purchase date, and the issue. Do not send full payment card details. Duplicate or incorrect charges, missing access, and a failure to deliver the agreed service will be reviewed. An approved refund is handled through the original payment arrangement where possible; processing time can depend on the provider.

2. Standalone Coaching Calls

The standalone 20-minute coaching call is $50. Contact PA Strength if you need to change a call. If PA Strength cannot provide a paid call, you may choose a new time or a refund for that call. Required membership calls follow the accepted membership offer, not an automatically applied standalone call fee.

3. Done-for-You Meal Plans

The Done-for-You Meal Plan is a $109 one-time service. Where PA Strength creates a plan for you, all services rendered are final: once the plan is delivered it is final and non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise or the agreed service was not supplied. If work has begun but the plan has not been delivered, contact PA Strength to review the work completed and the accepted offer. Report a plan that does not match the information you provided so it can be reviewed.

4. Coaching and Memberships

The Coaching Agreement and your accepted offer govern coaching refunds, service periods, and month-to-month cancellation. Cancellation is submitted at least seven calendar days before the next scheduled billing date; if a holiday falls near your billing date, please cancel earlier than seven days to avoid bank or payment-processing delays. Once initial onboarding or program preparation is completed and working access or the program is sent, payment for the initial service period is non-refundable subject to applicable law and the exceptions stated in the Coaching Agreement.

A medical pause or another exceptional accommodation is reviewed individually and requires written confirmation. No additional fee, deposit, or fixed-term installment obligation is created by this policy if it was not disclosed and accepted in your offer.

5. Digital Products and Free Guides

Availability, delivery, access duration, and any refund terms for a paid ebook, Recipe Vault purchase, or future program must be presented before purchase. Free ebooks have no charge and no refund to process. If a paid digital product cannot be accessed or was charged incorrectly, contact PA Strength for assistance. A preview or interest-list signup is not a purchase.

6. Purchases from Other Companies

Products purchased from Amazon or another retailer are sold by that retailer, not PA Strength. Its return, refund, and warranty rules apply. Contact the seller about those purchases.
